At the heart of Digitized Champions Marketing is Paulie Ancene Jr., a South Florida native from Wellington with a deep passion for helping others succeed. His mission? To turn big dreams into digital realities. Paulie’s journey into digital marketing began with a simple yet powerful belief: business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs deserve a presence online that matches the passion they bring into the real world.
Before launching his own agency, Paulie worked in the security services industry and studied health sciences at Valencia College. That path laid the foundation for his core values—discipline, service, and integrity.

Paulie’s inspiration stems from a lifelong commitment to learning and personal growth. His bookshelf is stacked with favorites like Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich, The Richest Man in Babylon, and his personal favorite, How to Win Friends and Influence People. These books not only shaped his business philosophy but also his deep respect for people and their dreams.

Away from the screen, you’ll often find Paulie in the gym, on the court, or training with his little brother Sully. Fitness fuels his focus. Jazz plays in the background—24/7—and his cologne collection? Rare finds like Maison Francis Kurkdjian Oud Satin Mood and Dior’s Ambre Nuit.
He’s a big fan of throwback cartoons (Ed, Edd n Eddy) and uplifting movies like 17 Again and The Wolf of Wall Street. His go-to coffee order is simple: black—because everything else tastes better after.
